We are taking the health of our patients, our clients and our staff seriously during this pandemic outbreak. Due to Covid-19, we will be making a few changes to ensure we can continue to care for our patients while also taking care of our team.

If you or a member of your family have tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing symptoms of sore throat, cough or fever, please reschedule your pets appointment.

  • We will be CLOSED on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday until further notice.

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will be open for Health Appointments, your pets medication and Food supplies.

  • We will NO LONGER be permitting clients to enter the Clinic. We ask that you call us from the parking lot when you arrive for your appointment at 408-379-5554 or text us at 408-803-0750. We will be retrieving your pet from your car.

  • Due to the airborne nature of the COVID-19 virus, we ask that you please refrain from engaging in conversation with the staff member who delivers your items or retrieves your pet. Please continue to utilize the phone as you primary method of communication with our team.

  • If your pet is need of a prescription medication or food refill, please call ahead and alert us when you will be picking up. Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle. Call our front desk at 408-379-5554 or text 408-803-0750 to alert us that you have arrived. Our staff will process payments curbside.

  • Another option to receive your pets prescription refill or special diet may be ordered from the convenience of your home. Please visit our On-Line store at:
